The wait is over, Limited edition products are finally here! This is not a marketing strategy, it truly is a limited edition, there are less than 80 bottles of each product. I have been growing sage and other herbs in my garden for a while now and due to the fact that my spa has been forced to close down by the government, I wanted to pick up another hobby that I didn't have the time for before, distilling.
Enjoy while the inventory lasts as it will be a long time before I can make another batch (if ever) as it will take a long time to grow again. Also, making every single ingredient in such small batches takes a LONG time. Most of the ingredients in these products are grown by me, Diana in my garden. A lot of watering, caring for the plants, giving daily love and healing.
The PRODUCTION:
The quality of the sage oil truly stunned me, I never experienced anything so pure. Now it makes sense to me that the quality of the distiller material matters a lot. Mine is made from pure 100% copper. I made essential oils and hydrosols from rosemary, eucalyptus, mint, young lemon tree shoots, lemon thyme, oregano...mostly from my garden, and also from my friends gardens.
I knew it takes a lot of raw material to make a decent amount of the essential oil, and high quality hydrosol. My sage was over 6 feet tall and about 8 feet wide. I chopped all of it to make these products (grateful for my boys with help in this tedious job)! The leaves needed to be separated from branches and chopped into small pieces to be packed into the distiller. Then the very slow process began. It took patience to watch the slow dripping of the hydrosol. Only within the first 20-30 minutes essential oil collected at the top of the hydrosol, which needed to be picked up with a pipette. And the same process repeated for other ingredients.
Thank you Ernesta and Reda for gifting me plants from your gardens! These bottles hold pure magic and love. It is very rare that such community can come together to make something so special. Each of core ingredients were handpicked and I knew exactly where they came from and how they were grown.
